    Here at MGM, we consider that the “after sales” aspect to a purchase abroad is of an imperative and fundamental importance. It ultimately ensures the smooth transition of a purchase for our clients, and we take this element of our business very seriously. We understand that this is an important phase for you too and we guarantee that we will be there every step of the way throughout the purchase and beyond.

    Unlike many companies selling in the Bulgarian property market we are based in Bulgaria, we live here all year round with our families, so many of the things you will experience and need help, guidance, with we have dealt with first hand for ourselves. Our team is a good mix of English and Bulgarian national, thus giving us the ability to pass all our knowledge and experience on to our clients with no language barriers.  

    Our service does not stop when you get of the plane home!
    And it is completely free of charge to our clients.

    We appreciate that it can be an anxious time for the “first timers” amongst us and questions are sure to arise.we can assure you that we will be here, and on hand, to answer any questions, deal with any worries or problems you may encounter throughout the whole transaction. We can organize regular updates as to the position of your purchase – i.e. , regarding the construction phase, etc., together with supplying you with general information such as photographs of certain construction phases, interior photographs and essential information  such as price increases, etc.

    When your purchase has completed and is finally ready for occupation, ultimately when you are in possession of the keys, MGM's dedicated aftersales team will still  be there to assist and advise you with all  the aspects of the “setting up” process, such as choosing your interior decoration and furnishings;
